Pop Up Food Bank Collections A Huge Success

After the Conservative Government voted against extending free school meals to the holiday period, Mark decided to do his bit to help make sure that no family in Church Hill and across Redditch went hungry by holding two pop up Food Bank collection points in Church Hill Centre.

The people of Church Hill were amazing - over 20 bags of food and sanitary products were donated across the two mornings, all of which were handed over to the Redditch Food bank.

Mark said "I am so proud of the people of Church Hill who were just so amazing in their generosity. As a resident of Church Hill, I've always believed that it is special and this week just proves how special it, and its people are. I am proud to call Church Hill my home and always will be."
